On August 3, 2016, Joe Venovich replaced the caulking around the anchor and the monument. Joe continues to provide maintenance for the Memorial.

Flags will be placed at the Tremont Veterans Memorial this Thursday at 9:30 am. Any and all hands would be appreciated. A short explanation so the children present know why we have Memorial Day and then place the flags. Don't forget to come to the Memorial Day Remembrance Ceremony at the Memorial at 11:00 am on Monday presented by the Tremont American Legion.

The National Day of Prayer will take place Thursday, May 5th at the Memorial at noon.
